Owner and chef, Sam giumarello, Jr.

Teaching himself to cook at a young age, Chef Sam dreamed that he'd someday be a restaurant owner. Fueled by his childhood passion, Sam went on to attend the Academy of Culinary Arts and graduated from the program in 1986. As Sam approaches 28 years of being a restaurant owner and chef, he continues to evolve the business, Giumarello's aesthetics and menus are ever-changing. 



Our Staff

We are very fortunate to have many talented locals working at Giumarello's, all of which have been carefully selected. Many of our staff members have been with us for over a decade, some longer than two decades! We have seen them marry, have children, and grandchildren. The Giumarello family is very proud to have such a fine team of people and looks forward to growing that number for years to come.
